VP Sales – CPG

Client is looking for a VP of Sales with extensive experience in the CPG space, selling to top-tier US retailers. Needs to very strategic in their approach. Ideal candidate will be an experienced sales leader and will be directly responsible for managing key partner relationships in North America and driving the sales expansion globally.
SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Manage all sales activities for North America
- Managing key accounts with distributors/partners to achieve sales objectives
- Expand international foot print
- Sales forecasting
- Work with the marketing team to jointly develop/execute marketing initiatives.
- Maintain consistent sales processes
- Work with internal cross functional teams
