Our client  is a premium programmatic full stack ad platform that’s rapidly expanding. They are in need of an experienced Sr. Account Manager with good technical skills – working with publishers, brands and agencies .

This tech savvy Account Manager, who is part of the Professional Services team, plays an important role in customer acquisition and retention.  Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Pre and post sales support
  • Onboarding and training of medium and high priority customers
  • Strategic consultant on customer’s business decisions
  • Manage relationship with customers
  • Proactive outreach to customer to inform about features, trends
  • Schedule and prepare onsite meetings/check-ins
  • Work with customer and write product/feature requirements
  • Keep sales informed about health of customer and/or issues
  • Inform sales about potential upsell opportunities

We strive to hire the smartest and brightest. To be successful in this role, you should have experience or aptitude in:

  • 2-4 years in Customer Service or similar customer facing role, including troubleshooting and/or problem solving
  • Very good understanding of the ad serving, programmatic, RTB  and products like video and mobile.
  • At least 2 years background in a customer consulting role
  • Ability to manage several projects in parallel in high pressure situations
  • Have an understanding of web technologies. Experience in html, JavaScript, SQL and any other Web oriented programming language is a big plus.
